Since joining our team in 2021, Canuto has shown what it truly means to care for others. As part of our Group Home Department, he brings compassion, patience, and genuine kindness to every interaction. The individuals he supports are met with respect, understanding, and a level of care that goes far beyond expectations. Canuto’s reliability and dedication are evident every day. He shows up on time (a little too early sometimes 🤭) ready to give his best, and consistently puts the needs of others first. His work doesn’t just make a difference, it creates a lasting impact in the lives of those we serve. We are incredibly grateful to have Canuto on our team. Congratulations to Tiarra Castillo for being selected as our Employee of the Month! 🤍✨

Since joining New Beginning HCSP LLC on 03/05/2024, Tiarra has continuously demonstrated an outstanding attitude, dependability, and dedication to both our clients and team. She is always positive, willing to help, and ready to step in wherever needed. Whether it is covering shifts, assisting coworkers, or supporting daily operations, Tiarra consistently shows that she can be counted on no matter the situation.

Her involvement goes beyond her regular responsibilities. Tiarra actively participates in events such as Special Olympics, showing genuine care and commitment to the individuals we serve and our organization’s mission.

We truly appreciate Tiarra’s hard work, flexibility, compassion, and team spirit. Thank you for everything you do and for always bringing such a positive presence to the workplace.

They generously provided lunch for our clients and worked tirelessly to prepare every order with care. Even more amazing all proceeds from today were donated to support our Special Olympics team, The Dream Warriors!
