2-4PM @ Dojo- Introduction to Officiating Wrestling- Wrestlers, coaches, and parents are welcome to attend to learn more for upcoming season. VMOA Veteran Officials will be present helping new referees and demonstrating for anyone interested in learning more about officiating wrestling.

6:30-7:15PM @ St. Anthony’s of Van Buren- Karate &Kobudo Demonstration. All students andfamilies are encouraged to come out and enjoy the St. Anthony Fall Festival. Bring you karate gi and rank belt and kobudoweapons if owned. We will demonstrate somebasic kata, kobudo, and iaido forms.

Thanks to all those that came out and helped and supported the community and our kiosk at HPD's National Night Out. We cooked over 600 lbs of papas! The article pictured was written by one of our brown belts for his rank evaluation last year.
