Bubbles-or-Not Bubbles-or-Not Diving is located in the heart of historic downtown Harlem, Georgia. Its founder, U.S.

Army Veteran Bob Bennett, and his wife Rose longed to share their 25 years of experience and passion for diving with the public. Together, they created a family-oriented dive shop focused on introducing people to the joys and wonders of SCUBA. At Bubbles-or-Not Diving, our dedication to providing quality training and education is evident. We pride ourselves on helping ordinary people become safe,

skilled, and aware divers. We love bringing the thrill of the underwater world to new explorers. But, it’s more than just diving; it’s about building a dive community, a place where family members can create lifelong memories together, and a stranger can become a new friend. It’s about promoting a healthy mental and physical lifestyle enabling divers to enjoy all of the adventures that await, and of course, it’s about protecting the beautiful but fragile environment for the next generation.

Today’s post is just a reminder to support your local dive shop. We know you can sometimes save a couple of bucks by shopping online, but your purchase helps your brick-and-mortar store keep their doors open.

You can’t try on wetsuits before you buy them online. You can’t bring your rig into an online store and say “I need a piece that fits with this piece. Can we make sure I have the right part before I buy it?”

We’re all guilty of buying stuff online (myself included), but when possible, try to drive to your local dive shop (if you have one close) and support them.
