This Sunday at 3 pm, we are excited to host Edmond Ruth for a special wrestling clinic at Harrisburg BJJ and Judo East!

Edmond is an extraordinary wrestler and has a unique talent for coaching. His competitive credentials make him one of the top wrestlers Central PA has produced.

When: Sunday June 7 at 3 pm

Who: Middle schoolers and up. Open to the community!

TONIGHT AT HANOVER BJJ!

At 6 PM, Coach Rosie is leading the kids class and unveiling a super-secret technique known only to a select group of highly trained mat ninjas. What is it? We have no idea. That's why it's secret.

Then at 7 PM, Coach Shon takes over the adult class with some good old-fashioned bread-and-butter chokes. We'll be showing how to cut the paper, butter the bread, and put the finishing touches on some of the highest-percentage submissions in jiu-jitsu.

And because we're not completely evil, we'll probably cover a few escapes too.

Come train. Learn something useful. Get a little sweaty. Try not to get choked.

Congratulations to our Hanover BJJ Kids!

This weekend, several of our young athletes were promoted at 3G Carlisle BJJ, and we couldn't be more proud of their hard work, dedication, and perseverance on the mats.

Promotions aren't just about earning a new belt—they represent countless hours of training, learning, overcoming challenges, and growing both as martial artists and as people.
