Bonnie has been a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor for seven years. She is passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals through cycling and personal training.

With her energy, encouragement, and dedication, Bonnie is committed to helping you grow stronger in body, mind, and spirit.

At the Y, we help kids succeed. Bright Beginnings 2026 brought together families, volunteers, donors, and community partners to create joyful back-to-school shopping trips for hundreds of children. Everyone, meet Joe Tso!

Joe has been a proud member of the Hampton Family YMCA for 27 years!

What keeps him coming back? The community.

Joe says, “This is the place for me. There are good people here, the staff is amazing, and I love what the Y stands for. There’s no place like this place.”

For 27 years, Joe has experienced what makes the YMCA so special; a place where people come together, build connections, support one another, and grow stronger in mind, body, and spirit.

Thank you, Joe, for being an important part of our YMCA family! 💙

🦁🦒 A ROAR-some Day at the Zoo! 🦧🦏

Last Thursday, our amazing seniors enjoyed a wonderful day at the zoo! 🦓🌿 From seeing incredible animals to sharing laughs and making new memories, it was truly a special experience for everyone. 💙

We are so grateful for the opportunity to create experiences like this for our seniors and bring our YMCA community together outside of our four walls! 🥰

A special shoutout to our Membership Experience Director, Kayla, for being their wonderful tour guide and leading the group through their adventure! 🗺️🦁

And a HUGE thank you to Mr. Robert, for safely transporting our seniors to and from the zoo. We appreciate you helping make this day possible! 🚌💙
