In just a few weeks, Carter will test himself on one of the biggest stages for kids in Jiu Jitsu, IBJJF Pans Kids, and we have no doubt he will do incredible.

We enjoyed this beautiful Memorial Day morning because brave men and women laid down their lives for our freedom. Today, and everyday, we honor them.

Thank you to everyone who joined us on the ruck this morning and then came to the gym to get some rolls in.

Our mats were packed and our hearts are full.

We remember those that are no longer with us and thank them each and every day for our freedom.

Last night was Elijah’s last class with us here at Crest. We wish him and his family nothing but the best as they embark on a new adventure in a new state.
