Having open dialogue with an athlete is a big part of helping them progress. Here we have Will Childs who has been getting swings in with LT since 2019. The more an athlete grows with a coach, the easier it is to diagnose a problem, as well as come up with a solution.

Being able to add a visual to that dialogue allows visual and auditory learners to get coached in a way that is best suited to them.

Athletes being able to see their swing is a huge key to helping them understand the changes that need to be made.

Sometimes an athlete needs to see something in order to really feel and understand the spot they are in.

Here we have ESU baseball stud Ryan Manning working with LT on a couple small positional changes in his stance. We use a video delay app that allows the tv to stream a delayed video of his swing so he can see if he made the change he was trying to make.

Ryan leaves for college today and we wish him good luck and are expecting a big year from him!

What a week it was in Cooperstown Dreams Park for EAT Empire 12u! We saw a group who fought all week long and went on a great run in the playoff bracket! I’m proud of all these boys and thankful for the coaches for coaching the kids up and helping make this a great experience for all of the kids! You all represented EAT, yourselves, and your families well! We’re excited for the next group to go next year!
