Just a reminder that tryouts are this month!

Use the QR code to register for the tryout so we have all of the info needed heading into the tryout.

We offer 2 practices a week and do our best to develop and compete at every level. We have access to our home facility over at Elite Athletic Training which gives us top notch training at a state of the art facility.

EAT offers private lessons, group lessons, weight training and speed training all year round to go along with our team events.

The relationships built at EAT go far beyond our facility walls. If you’re looking for a change to help give your son the best opportunity to develop, mature, and compete at every level you play, EAT Empire is the program for you!

EAT Empire 13u and 10u both winning their tournaments this weekend! Both teams handled business all weekend long and saw contributions from top to bottom. Great job everyone

Too many times we see programs who sell out for college exposure but fail to develop the athletes into college level athletes. We have every tool needed to help the athletes learn what they need to work on and then will guide them on how to develop in those areas.

EAT Empire 11u and 12u teams both take home the championship at the Thin Blue Line Tournament! All the teams played well this weekend but these two really turned some heads and battled all weekend!

It’s great to see the boys fight hard all weekend long and get rewarded for it!

Huge congrats to EAT Empire 10u on winning Ripken this weekend! This group fought all weekend and it was a total team effort💪🏼

Happy Birthday Viviana! Viv had a very fun party filled with great friends and a ton of dodgeball! This group had nonstop fun throughout the whole party. Thanks to everyone who made it so fun!
