🥋 What an incredible seminar!

A huge THANK YOU to Carlos Catania for coming out and sharing his knowledge with us, and to everyone who showed up and helped make the seminar such a great turnout. The energy on the mats was awesome, and we appreciate everyone who came ready to learn and train!

We also got to celebrate a couple of well-deserved promotions:

👏 Congratulations to Coach Ocie on earning his second stripe!

🔵 And a HUGE congratulations to Nico on earning his BLUE BELT! Nico has battled his way back from three major injuries and continued to show up, work hard, and keep improving. He’s an absolute pleasure to have in class and a great example of perseverance and dedication. This promotion was well earned!

🔥 25 LBS DOWN — HALFWAY THERE! 🔥

Big shoutout to JJ for the work he’s been putting in both on and off the mats!

Since April, JJ has made his diet and nutrition a priority, and the results are showing — 25 pounds down and officially halfway to his goal. 💪

JJ is one of our top competitors, a purple belt, and is gearing up for a heavy competition schedule at the end of this year and into next year. And he’s doing all of this while adjusting to life after welcoming his second child!

This is what happens when you set a goal, stay consistent, and make the daily choices that support it.

🥋 Proud of our crew!

We had a small but tough team of kids and teens head down to NAGA last weekend, and we couldn’t be prouder of everyone who stepped on the mats and represented Instinct! 💪🐊

Special shoutout to Josh, who brought home the NAGA belt in the Expert Division! 🏆 Josh has been training with me for over 10 years, competed in countless tournaments, and has grown into one of the best grapplers I’ve ever known. It’s been awesome watching all that hard work pay off!

Great job to the entire team — back to work! 🔥
