Welcome to And One Buckets! My name is Emma Broermann, the founder of And One Buckets, I played 5 year of D1 collegiate basketball and 2 years professionally overseas (currently playing in Luxembourg).

And One Buckets was created to inspire the next generation of athletes. My goal is to offer athletes with advice in all aspects of the game from skills training, recruiting, mental toughness, being a student athlete at all levels, and so much more!

And One Buckets is here to teach and improve the skill levels of athletes of all ages and skill sets, from grade school to college. I am looking forward to working with the next generation of athletes and helping them to improve their game! 🏀💪🏼🔥
