Having an ice bath and using an ice bath are two different thing…
Many guys got an ice bath, put it outside, and I know damn well you haven’t used it because it’s a solid BRICK🫠

And unless you plan on spending $5-$10 a day in ice in the summer, what was the plan to keep it cold?

It will never be “fun”
It is something you just do,
Like brushing your teeth

Not once did I ever say,
“Golly gee wiz, I really love brushing my teeth!”

And not once have I wanted to climb in my ice bath,

But after, I’m happy I did it. Literally.
The anxiety that’s only exacerbated seizing twice, it really helps elevate my mood. It doesn’t change anything, don’t think it’s a magic pill.

But for at least 3 hours, I’m awake and not noticing the anxiety.

“Oh Alec, what do you mean by anxiety?”

A 3,000lb rock on my chest that I set down on the ground for 3 hours and it doesn’t feel like the weight of the god damn world is crushing me,

It’s a big “AHHH!!” From the pressure.

I felt I needed to clarify that in contrast to the medial anxiety of forgetting to buy more milk. Just wanted to calibrate the scale a bit 🫠

So, idk, here is my AD for ice baths,

I’m so proud of my client for trusting the process, because as we go into the 3rd phase, Leaning Out FASTER, we can take the muscle we built and really shred up💪🏽

Would it surprise you to know that I have been fighting with her to eat more to this point? Having a system pays off👌🏽

Isn’t that better than having your doctor f**k around with your MyFitnessPal quickly and send you out the door, only to have set your protein goal at the level of a 12 year old boy?

Yeah.

That happened to someone last week.. 😅

The cost of inaction is big, because if you’re like me, you could always use more time!

This is why investing in yourself is necessary. If you want to get ahead faster, someone out there has a way, are you willing to commit fully?

Some days my motivation isn’t as strong to keep doing the boring s**t, but if my goal is weight loss, tracking, getting my steps, and hitting my protein goals go a long way towards my success… it’s just not sexy🤷‍♂️

I was reminded the other day that if you want to be at the top, the videos you see of “financial freedom” and “vacation time” are BU****IT

Want to get ahead in this life? You Fu***ng grind.
And I grind hard.

I am finding that without rest though, the grind slows down. With the 70+ hours I put into my business this week, today is partly about recovering.

But there is still work o get done.
And lights do not go out until it is.
