Hi there, I started a new group recently called The Sovereign Life Society - A Divorce Community to help women going through any phase of the divorce process. This is a private and safe group to build friendships, share hardships, etc.

I plan to do monthly support groups where people can share how they are feeling, ask for help or just make new friends. I find from working with clients, we are starved for relationship. Feel free to join the group if this resonates with you or share with anyone you may know.

Do you ever feel this way?

Your heart is racing, you begin sweating in areas you didn't think could sweat. You start shaking.

You ask yourself, what in the world is going on? I feel fine.

But what 'they' just said to me got me a little annoyed. Or my child won't eat their broccoli. Or I don't like their tone of voice. Or that project is due in two hours. Or I don't like how this fits me.
