Do you ever feel this way?
Your heart is racing, you begin sweating in areas you didn't think could sweat. You start shaking.
You ask yourself, what in the world is going on? I feel fine.
But what 'they' just said to me got me a little annoyed. Or my child won't eat their broccoli. Or I don't like their tone of voice. Or that project is due in two hours. Or I don't like how this fits me.
