New on Saturday mornings. 🌅

A mat class built from the original sequence - the one every reformer exercise came from. No springs, no props, no equipment. Your body, the mat, and nowhere to hide.

We designed this class to build up week by week. You start where everyone can start. Each Saturday asks a little more than the last - and by the new year, you will own the full sequence. Whole body, start to finish, done properly. 🤸‍♀️

Keti Kozko|Wellness will be teaching it. We are taking our time to build the class flow perfectly, exercise by exercise, before you ever step on the mat.

We will meet next door - at Feeling Free, our sister studio.

Part two. 🙏 Tuesday was the funny excuses. These are the real ones.

The doctor she misheard. The guilt she renamed selflessness. The age she inherited like furniture. And slide 8 - slide 8 is the one nobody laughs at.

Here is what is behind every single one of them: nobody ever measured her. Nobody ever looked at her body specifically and said - this is where you are, this is where we start. So of course she is careful. Of course she waits.

That ends Saturday.

Open House at our Hallandale Beach studio, August 29. Four semi-private sessions, thirty minutes each, five people per session, $29. FLOW at 9:30. CONTROL at 10:30. BODY at 11:30. HIIT at 12:30.

The kids got a new schedule. What did you get?

Saturday, August 29 we are opening the doors of our Hallandale Beach studio - and you can try every kind of session we teach for $29 each:

• 9:30 - Balanced FLOW 🔥 - continuous, breath-led, the gentlest door in
• 10:30 - Balanced CONTROL 🔥🔥 - slow, precise, posture and alignment
• 11:30 - Powered BODY 🔥🔥 - strength on the reformer
• 12:30 - Powered HIIT 🔥🔥🔥 - intervals, the highest heart rate we go

Thirty minutes each. Five people per session - your teacher sees everything, and nobody is lost in a crowd.

No Pilates experience needed. Pick your fire level, or stay and try two.

We love her. We believe in her. We have simply heard all of it before - the ten pounds, the Saturdays, the mat under the couch.

So we made it very easy this time. One Saturday, August 29. All four of our semi-private sessions - FLOW, CONTROL, BODY, HIIT - thirty minutes each, five people in the room, $29. Come with her. Try one each and compare notes.

That is my phone, and this is the only bit of setup I ask of you. 📱

There is no client app to download. Our booking system has one and it is for teachers.

Your side of it lives in the browser - your account, your packs, your standing slot, already there. So we put it on your Home Screen instead.🏡

One tap, no password hunt, looks like any other icon on your phone.

Two minutes, once:
1. Open app.arketa.co/pilatestropics/schedule in Safari. Not Chrome, and not the browser inside Instagram - that one cannot save anything.
2. Tap Share. The three dots beside the address bar. On an older iPhone it is the square with the arrow at the bottom.
3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen. If it offers Open as Web App, leave it on.
4. Name it Pilates Tropics. Tap Add.
Book, reschedule, cancel from your Home Screen. Still logged in. 24 hours notice, as always.

Android: Chrome, three dots at the top right, then Add to Home screen.
