Two winters ago, I have this amazing opportunity to be doing a photo shot in the incredible with my fabulous friend, sister and magnifique photographer in central park.
We had so much fun even though it was a really cold winter day, I guess picture describes it.
I feel so blessed to be able to lived in this city. I had the most wonderful moments in my life.
I met espectacular people who I won't never ever forget and be always greatful for what they taught me and the loved I received from each of them.
Also it was where I started my passion of yoga and I had the best teacher I could have .
Also I want to mention my mentor who help me so much in my journey and who believed in me! Thank you so so much for make me who I am becoming today!
I will Always Be The Student.

Yoga is a discipline. Yoga is about the harmony between your body, mind, and spirit.
The practice of Yoga can helps us in many ways. I had been practicing Yoga for almost 4 years now and the benefits I received with it are enormous. I am so grateful and blessed.

I always need to be connected to nature; feeling the sand under my feet, the sun on my face and the sound of the ocean are some thing that keep me grounded

Being grounded will help us to quiet and clear your mind, to calm and balance our emotions & to recharge our energy.

Siempre necesito estar conectada con la naturaleza; sintiendo la arena bajo mis pies, el sol en mi cara y el sonido del océano son cosas que me mantienen con los pies en la tierra.

Tener los pies en la tierra nos ayudará a calmar y aclarar nuestra mente, a calmar y equilibrar nuestras emociones y a recargar nuestra energía.

How can we connect to ourselves? How can we withdraw our senses in order to connect inwards? Do you practice Meditation? Do you know the benefits of it?

I am offering free Meditation classes Tuesdays & Wednesdays 7:15 pm - 7:45 pm

First involves connecting to relax, become center & meditate.
The technique involves sitting or l laying down and being absolute still, without reading a book or listening to music o or anything.

It involves deliberately pausing, stopping all physical movement, becoming relax, calm and quiet inside and just being conscious being conscious.
It's about being centered and still in the montent you are presently in.

For a few minutes every form of external activity stops. Then in the physical quietness, you turn your attention inwards and focus on yourself.

Focus in what feels good to be YOU. Experience YOU. Immerse your conscious awareness in your unique feeling- tone, the feeling- tone of the Universe expressing itself as YOU.
Do this deliberately in order to consciously experience the truth of who YOU are.
