You’ve changed your diet
You’re paying attention to ingredients

…and you’re still stuck.

Not because you’re doing something wrong

And not because you haven’t tried hard enough

But because your body is still operating from a place of threat.

When the nervous system doesn’t feel safe,

I see this pattern all the time in women with MCAS.

You’ve removed the foods. Cleaned up your diet. You’re doing everything “right.”
And yet… you’re still reacting.

Not because you’re missing another supplement.

Not because you haven’t tried hard enough.

But because your body is still operating in a threat response.

When the nervous system doesn’t feel safe,
it will keep reacting… no matter how “perfect” your protocol is.

That’s the piece most women are never told.

Life has been a lot lately.

Between family health concerns, loss, and a lot of unexpected life logistics… I’ve needed to step back and focus on what matters most.

And if I’m being honest, this is exactly the kind of stress that used to send my body into a full flare.

If you’re navigating MCAS, you probably know that feeling… when life piles on and your body follows.

For a long time, I thought it was just about food.

But what I’ve learned (and what I now help my clients understand) is that your nervous system plays a huge role in how reactive your body feels.

Right now, I’m focusing on supporting my body in simple ways and getting back into a rhythm 🤍
