Many thanks to our Mountain Spirits friends who donated to Mountain Spirits Fund in 2024! During the holiday season we assisted 17 families in funds supporting healthcare, schooling and housing needs.

Thank you Raj and Tek at Mountain Sun Valley for representing us and organizing the fun event in Kathmandu!! It was wonderful to see all the smiles and the matching shirts were awesome!!

Then a perfect day hike above Kanjin Gompa. Topped off with a Mountain Spirits favorite, garlic soup with popcorn!
