Starting this October, Founders CSA members get one pound of fresh, mixed mushrooms every week through the end of the year. (12 weeks) Blue Oyster, Lion’s Mane, Pioppini, Black Pearl — whatever’s thriving that week comes straight to you.

$18/lb, locked in for as long as you stay a member. This is genuinely the best rate we’ll ever offer, and it’s our way of saying thank you to the people who back this farm early.

Spots are limited and filling quickly — we’re a small operation and want every member to get the quality and consistency we’d want ourselves.

🍄 two pick up locations - Gunnison and Crested Butte.

$18/lb, locked in for as long as you’re a member. Once we move to our next season this rate goes up — Founders keep it forever.

We’ve been quiet this summer — heads down, hands dirty, building something we’re really proud of.

Pax Farms is expanding into a dedicated grow facility, and with it we’re launching something we’ve wanted to offer since day one.

🍄🚀 wow I’m still blown away it used to take me 3 hours to make 30 5lb blocks. Now I’m making 30 10lb blocks in under an hour! We had a greenhouse setup we thought was going to work. It didn’t — and honestly? We’re grateful.

Because what we found instead is something we couldn’t have designed better ourselves: a dedicated professional grow facility right here in the Gunnison Valley! 🏔️
