Another strong weekend in my Factory Fourteen x CB Industries Restricted Micro. Stacked two more top 5's with a 4th place finish on prelim night and a 2nd place podium finish on championship night.

The highs and lows of racing all in one weekend. Was able to pick up my πŸ²π—§π—› win of the season Friday night and then Saturday night I led 17 laps before the yellow flag flew. I had a good restart and drove the only way I know how, 𝓗𝓐𝓑𝓓. As I was trying to protect the bottom lane I clipped the tire, looped it and messed up my steering. I pulled off the track and wasn't able to finish the race. Very disappointed, but that's just how it goes sometimes.

We went from running 5βƒž features in 5βƒž days to 1βƒž feature on the first night after rain showed up and ruined all our fun for the rest of the week. Highlight of the week was my cheeseburger at lunch 🀣

The team gave me a rocket last weekend! Unfortunately my throttle cable broke, while leading, in the first feature resulting in a DNF. Billy and my dad agreed on the setup for my second feature and said I'd need to be glued to the bottom to make the track as small as possible. They gave me a perfect setup and I drove flawlessly through HEAVY lap traffic to win my 5th feature of the year.
