The teams will be AA/AAA skilled players.

If you don’t sign up, no big deal, just show up and show your players skills.

We are a program that focuses on players growth and life skills. The scorpions will be a newer program that will be playing in AA for the 2025 season.

12u went 0-2 today. It was a rough start to the day and the boys are improving.

The 12u team are in the silver bracket at 10am at raccoon river park in west Des Moines, they will take on a tough Legends team.

Raiders 13u grey struggled today, they pitched very good today and played great baseball.

They earned the 8 seed tomorrow and will take on Indianola tomorrow at 10am in a rematch against Indianola at James cownie baseball fields.

Raiders 14u team went 1-1 today and allowing only 2 runs today. Pitching and defense looked good today.

Hopefully we can get our bats rolling tomorrow.

14u earned the 2 seed tomorrow and will be playing for the semifinals at 2pm tomorrow in Grimes.

The Ankeny raiders will not be having a team for the 2025 Season, however there will be a new team called the Central Iowa Scorpions. The team will be playing in 1-3 fall tournaments this fall.

If you know any 8u-14u players around the Central Iowa area, have them come check out a tryout.

We are looking for coaches for all ages, if you or know someone that’s interested in coaching, please have them out to me at 515-201-7333.

This program will be focusing on player development, sportsmanship, and teaching players life skills on and off the field. We all want to win but baseball is more than just the victories, it’s about making memories with your friends and families.
Tryouts will be July 29th and July 30th

8u/9u 5-6pm
10u/11u 6-7pm
12u/13u/14u 7-8:30pm

All tryouts will be at sunrise park in Ankeny 506 SE Peterson Dr Ankeny Iowa 50021.

13u black battled all weekend going 2-0 in pool play on Saturday and clinching the 2 seed in the gold bracket to winning the semifinals in walk off fashion, just came up a little short in the championship game and finishing in 2nd this weekend. Going 3-1 this weekend.
