JOIN US THIS WEDNESDAY!!!

We WOD this Wednesday in honor of Kam Daniel. She is having surgery to remove a grapefruit size tumor in her lung and while she is being , we will sweat, pray, and appreciate the gift of healthy bodies and of each precious breath!

We invite EVERYONE to join us at The Core in any of our classes. 5am, 6am, 830am, 12pm, 430pm or 530pm. We will teach each movement, modify and scale the workout based on what is right for you!

AMRAP 30

Buy In: 4 Burpees Over Bar

13 Push Presses
8 Box Step-ups (Right Leg)
8 Box Step-ups (Left Leg)
27 Sit-ups

*Every 3 minutes perform 3 Slamballs. Increase by 3 reps each round.

NOTE: The rep scheme in Kam’s WOD is significant. 30 is the number of years Kam and Lynn have been married. 4 is her daughter, Mia’s birthday, 138827 is her son’s firefighter number, and 3 is Trevor’s sport’s number. 💛
