Tomorrow is the day. My first Online Workshop and a chance to show those who have not trained in studio, a little bit of what I teach here. I hope it can inspire some of you to integrate movement training into your daily lives. Anyone and everyone is invited.

Breaking the idea of structure. There is limited structure in life so why train as if it’s cookie cutter? Athletes are constantly injured because of improper training. They are taught of “lifting” technique and form. There is no form in motion. It is constantly shifting and adapting.

Once you see the change in mindset, you will see less injury and increased longevity.

This applies to everyone who moves.

You are not strong if you can’t adapt and control your strength. You have one dimensional strength which is good for just that.

I was stoked to receive this message from today after our latest session. It’s all starting to come together for him. He’s a hard working lawyer and newly a father to a beautiful son. Parents and partners like him have to deal with high levels of stress on a daily basis. I love his willingness to learn, train, and raise his baseline capabilities. That’s a high value mindset and a good role model.

Healing and strengthening through my movement philosophy. My 5 week programs are beneficial to anyone and everyone that is committed to learning and training. Both physically and mentally.

Such a blast having Morgan on my Holistic Movement Program . Working with such a high level surfer allows me to explore even more, and personalize the building blocks so he can keep ripping for the rest of his life. Experience brings wisdom, and I’m excited to see his surfing get even better as it naturally matures over time.
