Breaking the idea of structure. There is limited structure in life so why train as if it’s cookie cutter? Athletes are constantly injured because of improper training. They are taught of “lifting” technique and form. There is no form in motion. It is constantly shifting and adapting.
Once you see the change in mindset, you will see less injury and increased longevity.
This applies to everyone who moves.
You are not strong if you can’t adapt and control your strength. You have one dimensional strength which is good for just that.
