A very special thanks to the First Horizon Foundation for their 3-year pledge to our recent $650,000 capital campaign. In the photo, Jennifer Keller (Vice-President, Greeneville Community Market Leader) is presenting the third and final payment to YMCA Executive Director, Mike Hollowell. “We are very thankful for this pledge and the tremendous support from many other individuals and corporations from our community, “ Hollowell stated.

Another great Pickleball 101 class at the YMCA. Intro to Pickleball is for ages 13 and older and consists of 1 hour in the classroom and 1.5 hours on the courts. Future classes will be conducted. Call 423-639-6107 if you are interested.

Beginning Tuesday, June 9th from 4:00-6:00, we will have a variety of food trucks (3-5) in the gravel parking lot adjacent to the Pickleball courts. Our hope is to have "Food Truck Tuesday" each Tuesday throughout the summer, along with a "Splash" of Pickleball. Pickleball players should sign up in Pickleball Den for the timeslot marked 4:00 - 7:00 Beginner thru Advanced.

This week's food trucks are The Griddle, Greeneville Graze and Easy Peasy Lemonade.
