๐ ๐ Good afternoon, we are expanding the QBC leadership structure to better support the program by adding one new Officer position along with six Class Representatives. These roles are a great opportunity to get more involved, support our players and coaches, and play an active part in the success of our program.

Position Overview:
Officer position is a voting role, actively involved in decision-making.
Class Representatives are non-voting roles focused on supporting key activities throughout the season.
As a thank you for your time and commitment, Class Representatives will receive two season tickets and two complimentary meals.

Nominations are open through May 15th and can be submitted to any Officer.

Position Descriptions:
๐ Head of Concessions: Responsible for the planning, coordination, and oversight of all concession stand operations for Quarterback Club events. This role manages pre-game preparation, inventory control, and the purchasing of supplies to ensure adequate stock levels for each event. Oversee the setup and breakdown of concession areas, ensuring all equipment and workspaces are organized, functional, and compliant with cleanliness and food safety standards. Develop menu offerings and establish pricing. Reconcile cash and card sales following events and coordinates deposits with the Treasurer and High School. Monitors sales activity and identifies opportunities to improve service, efficiency, and overall profitability.
๐จ๐ผโ๐ Senior Class Representative: Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing senior night activities in support of the Quarterback Club. This role serves as the primary point of contact for coordinating all aspects of senior night. Collaborate with coaches, school administration, and other volunteers to ensure the event runs smoothly and aligns with school guidelines.
Junior Class Representative: Responsible for coordinating varsity pre-game and post-game meals in support of the Quarterback Club. Serve as the primary point of contact, coordinating with local vendors, churches, and volunteers to develop and maintain the season meal schedule. Ensure timely delivery or setup of meals for each game. Maintain communication with coaches regarding scheduling, location, and team needs, and ensure smooth ex*****on of meal service on game days.
Sophomore Class Representative: Responsible for coordinating volunteers for all game day events in support of the Quarterback Club. This role identifies, organizes, and schedules volunteers for key functions. These functions include the concession stand, press box, announcers, and other game day operations as needed. Serve as the primary point of contact for volunteers, ensuring clear communication of assignments and responsibilities. Coordinate with event leads to ensure all positions are adequately staffed and operations run smoothly. Address last-minute staffing needs and helps ensure proper coverage.
Freshman Class Representative: Responsible for coordinating chain gang volunteers and post-game field cleanup in support of the Quarterback Club. This role identifies, schedules, and communicates with volunteers to ensure adequate coverage for all games. Serve as the primary point of contact for volunteers and addresses any last-minute staffing needs to support smooth ex*****on of responsibilities. Provide guidance on chain gang responsibilities to ensure safe and efficient game operations in coordination with game officials. Oversee post-game field cleanup efforts, ensuring the field and surrounding areas are left clean and orderly.
Middle School Representative: Responsible for coordinating Middle School pre-game and post-game meals in support of the Quarterback Club. Serve as the primary point of contact, coordinating with local vendors, churches, and volunteers to develop and maintain the season meal schedule. Coordinate with the Junior Class Representative to avoid duplicate outreach to vendors and churches. Ensure timely delivery or setup of meals for each game. Maintain communication with coaches regarding scheduling, location, and team needs, and ensure smooth ex*****on of meal service on game days.
PeeWee Representative: Responsible for coordinating post-game stadium cleanup in support of the Quarterback Club. Serve as the primary point of contact for volunteers assigned to cleanup duties, ensuring clear communication of expectations and assignments. Organize and oversee cleanup efforts following games to ensure the stadium, stands, and surrounding areas are left clean and orderly. Ensure proper disposal of trash and return of equipment or supplies to designated storage areas. Address any last-minute staffing needs and helps ensure all cleanup responsibilities are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
