We have a weekend of racing to catch up on and a season's worth of thoughts. Let's start breaking it down...
Friday - what a beautiful day for the last set of twin features. Brayden started on the pole his first race, Allen for his second. Here's how the night ended up.

Saturday Tony was out with the VROA so it was nice to have everyone back together. The threat of rain loomed and autographs were cut short, with a rush to get everyone's long feature race in. It was another front row start for Al & B. Of course all know how Tony's race ended 🏆 and as luck would have it, the rain started right after the last post-race firework went off.

Holy heck, what a weekend. What a season! It felt incredibly fast this year. Mo's debut of his David Pearson tribute car was a highlight, as was Tyler's first full season in a big car. Brayden led more laps this year than ever before, then spent the rest of them trying to catch his Uncle Al. Tony's schedule was a lot lighter but every time he strapped in that car, he drove the wheels off.
Now we enter the offseason. I'm sure all the wives have their "honey-do" lists ready to go. We also have Elliott starting his senior year, Jackson getting his driver's license next spring, and Tyler leaves for U of M today so things will look a lot different in their house. Gosh, these kids are growing up. It makes summers at the racetrack with Papa Mo that much sweeter. We are thankful for one amazing patriarch that knits our family together. We know everyone wishes they could claim Mo as theirs, and we are the lucky ones that do.
