Located in Charlotte, Vermont, Metro Stables provides a cohesive approach to horse and rider training. With a variety of riding and show opportunities, Metro Stables focuses on the key aspects in becoming a competitive horseman.

We have had a busy start to the summer and couldn’t be more proud of how our crew performed at HITS Hudson Valley II!

🌟Assistant trainer Olivia Ferro put great rides in the 3’ Hunters aboard 501 Larimo Air

🌟 501 Larimo Air also had solid rounds in the Adult Equitation with Kate Cianfaglione

🌟 Addie Loree had a stellar time in the Children’s Pony Hunters with Bereal, clean sweeping almost ever class including a 🥇 in the $500 Children’s Pony Hunter Classic

🌟 Merin Loree and Cadiz CVZ also had a standout time, taking home three 🥇 in the Low Children’s Hunters including the $500 Low Children’s Hunter Classic. Merin and Cha Ching HPF also had solid rounds in the 3’ Hunters and rode to theee 🥇 in the Low Children’s Hunters. Lastly, Merin and Cherrybrook Silhoutte had a great time in the Large Pony Hunters

🌟 Canoletto and Parker Devine had great rounds in the 3’3”/3’6” AO and Performance Hunters

🌟 Loafers Lodge Frosting and Sophia Isner put in adorable rounds into Medium Pony Hunters

🌟 Gemma Eggleston and Loeki Van Het Lindehof had speedy rounds in the 1.25 Jr/Am Jumpers and the $5,000 1.25 jumper classic

🌟 Lauren Trompeter brought along her young horse, Phoenix, and had a great time gaining experience at his first horse show in America

That wraps up our time here in Saratoga! Metro Stables had an incredible time and we are so proud of our whole team!

🌟 501 Larimo Air had a standout time in the 3’ Green Hunters with assistant trainer Olivia Ferro in the irons and rode to Champion

🌟 Merin Loree put in great rides aboard Cadiz CVZ to take home Reserve Champion in the Low Childrens Hunters

🌟 In The Club and Lena Stortz stole the show and were Champion in the Children’s Hunters

🌟 Parker Devine aboard Canoletto were stars in the 3’ USHJA Hunters, riding to Champion. This pair also brought home reserve champion in the 18-35 Adult Amateur Hunters

🌟 Elle Cambi aboard Blue On Bye rode to Champion in the Low Children’s Hunters

🌟 Adelaide Loree and BeReal had a successful time in the 2’ USHJA Hunters taking Reserve Champion

🌟 Ally Cox piloted Delicious Z to Champion in the 2’9” USHJA Outreach Hunters

🌟Katie Cianfaglione rode to the win in the USHJA Jump Seat Medal

🌟Jennifer Bryant rode to some great trips in the Low Adult Hunters

Metro Stables had a successful week at Saratoga Spring II and we can’t wait to see Saratoga Spring III has in store!

🌟Assistant Trainer Olivia Ferro rode 501 Larimo Air to Reserve Champion in the 3’ Green Hunters

🌟Olivia Ferro also piloted Love, Simon to a 🥈in the 3’3”/3’6” Combined Performance Hunters

🌟 Loafers Lodge Frosting and Sophia Isner earned a🥉 in the Medium Pony Hunters

🌟 Jennifer Bryant and Canoletto took home numerous 🥇 in the Low Adult Hunters

🌟 Sophia Pace piloted Bling to podium finishes in the Short Stirrup, finishing the week Reserve Champion in the Short Stirrup Equitation and Champion in the Short Stirrup Hunters

🌟 Kate Cianfaglione and Fabian rode to a 🥇 in the 3’ NHS Adult Medal and a 🥈 in the NEHC Adult Medal

🌟 Brendan Tetreault also made his debut in the Adult Equitation taking home two 🥈 in the Adult Equitation and a 3rd in the 3’ NHS Adult Medal aboard 501 Larimo Air

🌟Love, Simon took home a 🥇 in the 12-17 Equitation and a 🥉 in a very competitive NHS 3’3” Junior Medal with Guiliana Pace in the irons

🌟 Maya Godi and Fidel SW sped to a 🥉 in the $1,500 NAL/WHIS/League Jr/Am 1.15m Jumpers

🌟 Tessa Hughson and Girl of Wildwood won the $1,000 The League Jr/Am 1.05m Jumper Classic and finished Champion in the division!

🌟 Gemma Eggleston and her mounts were quick and clear and in the jumper ring. She rode to podium finishes in the Jr/Am 1m Jumpers on Jassina including a 🥈 in the $1,000 The League Jr/Am 1.05m Jumper Classic and a 🥇 in the 1.20m Low Jr/Am Jumpers on Loeki Van Het Lindehof

🌟 Client Spotlight: Maya 🌟
It’s always a great day when we can celebrate our amazing clients, meet Maya!

“My name is Maya and I own Fidel SW, also know as Figgy. We bought Figgy last year and he’s the first jumper I’ve ever owned. Despite being 15 years old, he’s incredibly athletic and talented; I’m super excited to see what the rest of my junior career will hold for us.

My ultimate goal with Figgy is to continue having fun, whether it be in the show ring or on the cross ties. For me, Figgy has been the horse that’s made this sport fun again and my main focus is putting him first and continuing to grow our partnership in and out of the saddle.

Being a newer member at Metro, my favorite part has to be the welcoming and supportive group of people that make up the barn. From the trainers and workers to all the other girls that I ride with, the Metro environment is so positive and it really does make you feel like you’re part of a team.”
