Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. Memorial Day is more than a long weekend — it is a day of reflection, gratitude, and respect for those who gave everything for our country and for the freedoms we are blessed with every day. ❤️🤍💙

As a community here in Grafton, we are incredibly honored to be apart of a town that hosts one of the largest Memorial Day parades in the United States. The pride, patriotism, and unity that fills our streets each year is something truly special and deeply meaningful.

It is an absolute privilege to walk alongside our community, pay our respects, and honor the heroes who served our nation so selflessly. Seeing generations come together to remember, support, and reflect is a reminder of just how important community and gratitude truly are.

🇺🇸 MURPH 2026 🇺🇸

CrossFit Nyx is opening our doors to anyone wanting to come participate in our annual Murph workout on Saturday 5/23 at 10:00am! 💪🔥

Murph is one of the most well-known Hero Workouts in CrossFit — performed in honor of Lt. Michael Murphy, a Navy SEAL who gave his life serving our country. Each year, CrossFit communities across the world come together to honor his sacrifice through fitness, perseverance, and community. 🇺🇸

The traditional Murph workout includes:
🏃 1 Mile Run
💪 100 Pull-Ups
🔥 200 Push-Ups
🏋️ 300 Air Squats
🏃 1 Mile Run

While this workout is challenging, we want everyone to know that Murph is for ALL fitness levels. At CrossFit Nyx, we pride ourselves on meeting athletes where they are. Every movement and volume can be modified and scaled appropriately to your current ability level. Whether this is your very first workout or you are an experienced athlete, our coaches will help guide you through a version that is safe, effective, and rewarding for YOU.

This event is about honoring, supporting one another, and challenging yourself alongside an amazing community. Come sweat with us, push yourself, and experience what CrossFit is truly about. 🖤💚

“What motivates me to stay consistent in CrossFit is my kids. I first started because they were doing it, but I’ve really come to enjoy it myself. It’s important to me to support them and show them that taking care of your health matters. I’m also thankful for the amazing coaches who guide us—they help prevent injury while pushing us to keep getting better. The other people in the gym are so supportive and encouraging too, which makes it even easier to stay motivated and keep coming back!”
