Also, home to Peddlers Portable Buildings, and L&S Movers! Let our family take care of yours! A bit more info for anyone wondering how things work at our auctions:
If you are buying in person just head on up to our office and one of our friendly office ladies will get you your own bidder number. With that number you can then roam around our (heated!) building and bid on any item you are interested

in. We generally have at least 2 if not 3 auctioneers going at the same time in different spots. All you need to do is listen to the auctioneer to see what item and price they are at and then raise your hand to let the auctioneer know you want to bid on an item. If you are the top bidder on any items you need to pay for them before you leave up at the office where you got your number. It is suggested that you keep your purchased items with you from the time you buy them to make sure they are not stolen. If you are interested in an item and cannot be here in person you can call us at 574-875-3233 and tell us the item you are interested in and the highest price you are willing to pay for it. One of our employees will then take that information and bid for you on the item(s) you are interested in. You will be contacted if you are the top bidder on the items you left bids on so you know which items you need to pay for and pick up or have delivered. We do offer delivery services for purchased items, as well as pick up services for anyone wanting to sell items with no way to bring them in yourself.
