It’s so hard for us to get our wonderful director to let us highlight her. But her love for her players and coaches is unrivaled and she deserves all the credit in the world for putting in the work to make Eclipse better at every opportunity. DID YOU KNOW? 🤔🩵

AZ Eclipse was founded by two parents who saw a need for something different in club volleyball.

We saw how the pressure and culture surrounding club volleyball could negatively impact the mental well-being of young athletes. We wanted to create a club where the athlete comes first. 🫶

That starts with our coaches.

We take the time to thoroughly interview every coach because having volleyball knowledge and technical skills is only part of what makes a great coach.

At AZ Eclipse, we look beyond the resume. We focus on personality, leadership, communication, character, and the ability to connect with athletes.

Why?

Because every athlete is different. 🩵

When coaches understand the individual needs of their athletes, players feel supported, confident, valued, and safe to grow.

And when kids are happy, healthy, and supported, they have the foundation to compete at a high level. 🏐🔥

We don’t just develop volleyball players. We develop confident young women.
