𝗔 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗮𝗴𝗼, 𝘄𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗳𝗲𝗹𝘁 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗮 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴, 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿.
At the time, all we could see was the pain,
the uncertainty, and the weight of it all.
Looking back now, I realize something I couldn’t see then:
It wasn’t just an ending.
It was a transition.
God was closing one chapter while quietly preparing the next.
The challenge is that when you’re living through a transition (I mean "𝙗𝙞𝙧𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜-𝙩𝙮𝙥𝙚 𝙥𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙛𝙪𝙡), it rarely feels like a beginning.
Most of the time, it just feels hard.
And when life feels hard, the enemy loves to get loud.
Sometimes it’s straight-out attack.
Other times, it’s him slipping in and taking advantage of the cracks—our mistakes, or even the choices of others that ripple into our lives. Either way, when you’re walking through it… and doing everything you can to walk it out with the Lord… 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙬𝙚𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙗𝙚 𝙘𝙧𝙪𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜.
But here’s the good news: when the enemy becomes obvious, it’s not his best card. It’s his last. 🙌
And right there—when it feels darkest—God lays down His ace.
𝗝𝗲𝘀𝘂𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗻𝘀. 𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗻𝘀. Truth accomplished on the cross and with His resurrection, 𝗝𝗲𝘀𝘂𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝘄𝗼𝗻!✝️ 𝗦𝗼 𝗻𝗼𝘄, He’s never scrambling to catch up. He’s already far ahead, and His hand always wins.
𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝗶𝘁:
David facing Goliath.
The Hebrew children in the fire.
Daniel in the lions’ den.
Paul and Silas in prison.
John alone on Patmos.
Jesus on the cross.
Even Jesus in the tomb, then…✨
Every time it looked like the enemy was holding all the cards… it was actually the setup for God’s breakthrough.
So maybe the question for us is this:
𝘞𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘮𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘎𝘰𝘥 𝘣𝘦 𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘺 𝘵𝘰 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘺 𝘏𝘪𝘴 𝘸𝘪𝘯𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘥 𝘪𝘯 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘦 𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘯𝘰𝘸? 🏆
