Thank you to everyone who attended this month’s tournament! Season high 30 boats 🙌

In light of events today, moving forward there will be a rolling camera recording the release of all fish during our tournaments.

1) Fish must be released in the designated area, in view of the camera and a tournament director.

2) Fish must be set in the edge of the water and allowed to swim away under their own power.

3) ABSOLUTELY NO shoving or throwing of fish

4) Throwing or shoving of fish will result in automatic disqualification from the event.

5) Fish have exactly 10 minutes to swim away under their own power

6) If a fish(s) is unable to swim away in the allowed time, it will be disqualified.

7) In the event of a protest/ disqualification, video footage will be reviewed.

We appreciate all of our anglers, and want this to be a fair and transparent tournament.
We remind all that tournament directors decision/ ruling is final.

Huge congratulations to Ronnie Joyner and his wife Trinidy Joyner on being the winners of this month’s Catch the Fever Giveaway! 👏🎉

We at Neuse River Wars are incredibly grateful for the continued support and sponsorship from Catch The Fever! They generously donated a $200 gift card, and Ronnie took it home after this past weekend’s tournament.

We appreciate everyone who came out and fished on such a cold, windy day! We have such a great group of anglers in our community! Was great to see fellowship among competitors, and we saw some good fish hit the scales 🎣
