Fitness Center is unmanned Friday & Monday. No classes. Enjoy your holiday weekend!

Memorial Day weekend is almost here. Please be aware of the changes in hours of operation at your 4 FSS facilities as shown in the graphic.

If you don't already have Unmanned Access to the Fitness Center and want to get in your workouts over the holiday break, swing by the center during manned hours to request access.

I’m gonna tell y’all something rn, the down and dirty 830 ladies are killing it ever Monday, Wednesday and Friday. They show up, chit chat a lil and then get down to business. This was the first day in the weight area for us and they did it all to the max!! So proud of my ladies and how they motivate me. Looking forward to tomorrow. And if there’s anybody else that wants to join, come bring the noise, we got room for you. plus great music!!!

You should definitely come and join Cornerstone Caregiving as they help support all the men and women that came before and pave the way for us. Plates can be purchased now for 10 dollar (all proceeds go toward DAV “disabled American Veterans”). You can email or text the number on the flyer and ask for the Venmo. I would like to show off the “down and dirty my 830” class. They are my inspiration and motivation to keep going. They started off as friends, but now they are family. If any of you think you can hang with these women warrior come on and try. They are were beauty meets toughest. I am proud every single one of these ladies for putting up with me and my crazy Fitness shenanigan style workouts. .
