Subject/Event: Stop Loss - Suspending Membership

Effective Date: 9/6/2026

Attn: MMA 101 - Students & Fighters

MMA 101 has implemented a New Policy effective 9/6/2026 and forward for Membership Stop Loss.

So, what is "Stop Loss??" Stop Loss, is the ability to temporarily Suspend your Membership up to 90 Days without making a Payment per Annual Year. Students/Fighters are able to utilize Stop Loss within 30 Day increments in broken intervals and/or 90 days consecutively. To utilize Stop Loss, you must Email MMA 101 ([email protected]) and input the Days and Reason for the Stop Loss. Utilizing Stop Loss will ensure that you retain your Original Membership Fee. Upon notifying MMA 101 of your Stop Loss via Email prevents Membership Cancellation and Penalty Fees.

What is the Penalty for Not notifying via Email for Stop Loss?? If you do Not notify MMA 101 via Email of Stop Loss and/or decide to Skip a Month of Attendance and Payment, then your Original Membership is Cancelled and Resets to Current Market Value of MMA 101. Upon returning to MMA 101, you will need to include a $100 Deposit upon re-joining and re-establishing your Membership. For the Members with Discounts your 20% Discount (Govt Employee; Military Veterans; 1st Responders; Adult Education/Trade School) will be Inactive for the Year of your Cancelled Membership.
