You can’t build a championship physique in 3 weeks—but you can reveal one when the foundation has already been laid.

This past weekend at , I was honored to earn:

🥇 Masters 40+ Bodybuilding Champion
🥇 Open Middleweight Bodybuilding Champion
🥇 Masters 40+ Men’s Physique Champion

While this prep lasted only 3 weeks, the work behind it has been years in the making. The early mornings, the hard training sessions, the discipline when nobody is watching, and the commitment to never lowering my standards all led to this moment.

At 46 years old, I continue to prove to myself that age is not a limitation. Success leaves clues, and consistency remains undefeated.
