Important update regarding birthday parties at Tier One:
To help us continue providing a clean, safe, and enjoyable party experience for everyone, we will be implementing a $100 refundable party deposit for all birthday party bookings.
Most families do a great job cleaning up after their events, and we truly appreciate it. We understand that after a party there may be some toys out of place, decorations to remove, and general tidying needed. That's completely normal.
Recently, however, we've experienced situations where party areas were left with extensive messes and damage. When this happens, it requires significant staff time and expense to restore the space for the next families using our facility.
The video below shows the condition our facility was left in after a recent party and reflects the level of cleanup and damage that led to this policy change. In this case, rooms were completely emptied out, with furniture, shelving, and toys moved throughout the facility, and items tossed and left all over. While we don't expect the space to be returned to perfection, we do expect it to be left in reasonable condition and for toys and furnishings to be treated with care.
As long as party areas are left in reasonable condition and no damage occurs, the deposit will be fully refunded. If excessive cleaning, repairs, or replacement of damaged items are required, all or a portion of the deposit may be retained to help cover those costs.
