You may have noticed that weโve been making some exciting changes at Tier One...all with one goal in mind: continuing to improve our gym, strengthen the quality of our coaching, and provide your children with the best training possible.
We are always pushing ourselves to learn, grow, and do better. After extensive staff training this summer and bringing back valuable knowledge from the USAG Regional Congress, we are excited to rebrand and elevate our recreational gymnastics program.
Our updated program includes additional skills and higher standards at each level, designed to challenge our athletes, build confidence, and help every child reach their full potential.
