It saddens me to have to close this weekend but hopefully we can find a solution soon. I find joy in sharing the beauty that is the Chattooga River, with every one. You know it makes our hearts happy to see the smiling faces after they’ve enjoyed a wonderful day on the river. Stay tuned don’t give up on us we’ll reopen soon

Hey y’all! We’re reaching out to our amazing Tooga Yaks family for a little help.

We recently lost our shuttle van, and it’s left us in a tough spot. We’re urgently looking for a reliable 12 to 15 passenger van or bus so we can get back to doing what we love to do. We can’t swing a brand new one, but we’re hoping to find something dependable that won’t spend more time in the shop than on the road.

If you know of one for sale, have one yourself, or can point us in the right direction, please reach out! You can call, text, or send us a DM here on Facebook. And if you can, please share this post to help us spread the word we’d be so grateful.

We truly appreciate every bit of support, encouragement, and kindness you’ve shown us. We love y’all and are gonna miss y’all but hopefully not for long. We’re doing everything we can to get back up and running as soon as possible.

Come spend the day or the weekend with us at Tooga Yaks on the beautiful Chattooga River!

Whether you’ve kayaked a hundred times or have never been in one before, our float is perfect for just about any experience level. It’s an easy, relaxing trip that’s all about slowing down and enjoying the river.

Not much of a kayaker? That’s alright too! For a small fee, you can still bring the whole family and spend the day at our takeout. Bring a lawn chair, kick back in the cool river, let the water roll by, skip a few rocks, splash with the kids, or just soak in the beauty of the Chattooga.

Sometimes the best days are the simple ones.

It’s affordable, relaxing, and fun for all ages. We can’t think of a better way to beat this heat!
