Didn't get to do the entire trail and make it to each memorial rock, and ultimate resting place, due to limited time, but this has been on my list for some time. Watching Only The Brave, more than probably 20 times, this movie hits home and always have for me. Just due to people giving their time to something greater than themselves, selflessly, and unfortunately paying the ultimate price. The book is even better, of course.

Left Flagstaff, went through Jerome, Prescott and into Yarnell. Next year I will plan to make the time to start early, walk the entire trail, pay tribute, and close this out.

An honor and pleasure to have met and spent about an hour talking with Scott Brown in Vegas (at an awards show); a former military brother and founder of the Scooter Brown Band. Had a great time getting to know him, his background and purpose! Check them out, phenomenal artists!!
