🚨We’re excited to officially launch our Player Development Program!🚨
This program is built for athletes who want more than occasional lessons and random reps. It is a structured, progressive training environment focused on long term development and better performance.
Athletes will train through skill development, strength and conditioning, mobility and stability work, arm care, injury prevention, mental prep, video review, and monthly progress tracking. Every session is designed with purpose so athletes are not just getting work in, but developing in a more complete way over time.
Program options include:
Throwing + Performance Development
3x per week
2-hour sessions
Hitting + Performance Development
3x per week
2-hour sessions
Full Player Development Program
Access to all throwing + hitting sessions
