Most fitness success stories focus on what happens in 6 weeks.
This one is about what happens in 14 years.
Stella Barker joined us in an outdoor bootcamp class after a friend invited her to come try it. That was FOUR locations ago, when our kids were babies, and before OSI looked anything like it does today.
Fourteen years later, she's still here.
Over the years she's participated in bootcamp, small group training, personal training, nutrition coaching, online programs, challenges, and now one of our BUILD semi-private groups.
What struck me most while writing this article wasn't how much Stella has accomplished (which has also been impressive).
It was WHY she kept going.
- She found a schedule that worked.
- She built friendships.
- She asked for help when she hit plateaus.
- She adapted when life got messy.
- And she never stopped investing in herself.
