Today we do MURPH not to chase PRs or ego, but to remember. This workout is a tribute: a quiet, painful reminder of the cost of service and the lives given so others might live free.
Move with purpose, honor with humility, and carry their names in every rep.

Lt. Michael P. Murphy was a Navy SEAL, Medal of Honor recipient who was killed in action during Operation Red Wings on June 28, 2005, after bravely exposing himself to enemy fire to call for help for his team. His courage lives on in every MURPH.

After his death, roughly 2,700 more U.S. service members were killed during that operation and the broader War on Terror, with total U.S. KIA figures around 4,700 in that period.

Do you have the grit and stamina required to take on the DEADLY ERG??? ☠️

This event is not for the weak spirited...especially if you go solo. 👹

After completing 1.6km (1 mile) on the rower and the first 6 stations of grip intense work with 240m Farmer carries, 60 KB Deadlifts, 60m of DB walking lunges and 60 DB snatches..it becomes spicy🌶

the 60m BBJ and 60 KB squats will make you think you are happy to hit the 1.6km on the ski erg 😂 but beware...
the next 6 stations with their shoulder intense work will have you swole for days and crying for your momma. 60 DB Push Press, 120m Bear Crael, 60 WP Clean and Press, 180m WP OH carry and 20 DB Devil Presses. 🔥 🥵 You get to finish by completing 1.6km on the bike erg!!

So do you have what it takes? Leave your ego and grab a partner for this one or come showcase your fitness solo.

Shout out to our Pack for tackling the in Fayetteville this past weekend. The rain on Saturday made for a slick course on Sunday but our members took on the challenge with determination and grit.

As our OCR coach she is always leading by example! Congrats on taking home a 2nd place AG medal.
