Today we’re celebrating one of our incredible teachers, whose passion for running has taken her coast to coast. From completing 20 Disney races to tackling countless miles across the East and West Coast, Gaby’s dedication, determination, and love for the sport continue to inspire us every day.

Running and Pure Barre make the perfect pair. While running builds endurance and cardiovascular strength, Pure Barre helps improve balance, stability, flexibility, and core strength which are all also essential for supporting a strong, efficient stride and helping reduce the risk of injury. Celebrating 25 years of Pure Barre strong hits different in this 90-minute, all-format fusion class designed to leave you sweaty (and smiling). Featuring ALL of the Pure Barre essentials–dynamic choreography, power-driven weight training, luxurious stretches, and plenty of form-focused isometrics–this Focus class delivers a muscular endurance and strength-heavy workout only the way that Pure Barre can.

We are 25 years strong, and in this class, you are 90-minutes stronger.

As part of a dual-military family, Veronica has moved across states and through deployments and training. For over six years, Pure Barre has remained her constant in helping her find community, strength, and connection in every new chapter.

: From walking into the studio as a client in 2012, to managing, teaching, and now owning, Pure Barre has been with me through every season. Throughout those years, Pure Barre has been my constant through many life stages: a newly engaged young professional, a cross-country move where it became my community, three pregnancies, and “me time” as a working mom of three young girls.

It has given me a profound respect for the longevity of this workout and its ability to support a woman’s body through every stage of life, meeting her where she is while continuing to challenge her to grow.
