FUNCTION STRENGTH

Ready to get stronger? Function Strength is the newest addition to the Fitness Evolution group fitness schedule! 🎉

This weight training class is designed to help you build muscular strength and endurance while working both the larger and smaller muscle groups. We’ll use a variety of strength exercises to challenge your body, followed by some core work and stretching to finish strong.

Whether you’re experienced with weights or just looking to add more strength training to your routine, come give it a try! 🙌

Join us next Wednesday, August 26th for Functional Strength!

Function Strength will focus on building muscular strength and endurance through a variety of exercises targeting both large and small muscle groups. The class will also incorporate a Tabata segment designed to elevate your heart rate, followed by core-strengthening exercises and stretching to finish the workout.
