🚨 Strong Form Program Schedule 🚨

January 2026

January 3rd/10 am: Focus: Foam Rolling - Participants are required to bring their own foam roller for this session. Come find out when you should use foam
rolling and in what ways can it benefit you with regards to strength training and overall mobility.

January 5th/6:00 pm: Focus: Hip Hinge - Both deadlifts and squats begin with a solid hip hinge. Learn techniques to nail that hinge and improve your deadlift.

January 10th/10am: Focus: Below the Knee - Ankle limitations can prevent you from squatting or lifting with stability and proper alignment. Improve mobility
below the knee and learn strength exercises for the feet and calves to improve balance and fend off/improve plantar fasciitis or achilles tendinitis and take some heat off of your knees and low back.

January 12th/6:00 pm: Focus: Core - Are you attempting to crunch or sit-up your way to a stronger core? Learn more effective exercises for targeting the core without sacrificing your low back and hip flexors in the process.

January 17th/10am: Focus: Low Back - Low back pain will take out even the strongest lifter. Learn the best stretches to help alleviate muscular related low back
pain as well as strengthening exercises to help keep your low back strong.

January 19th/6:00 pm: Focus: Glutes - Maybe your low back hurts because your glutes are weak. Wake up your glutes by learning techniques that help with
asymmetry and glute weakness allowing you to build a stronger base.

January 24th/10am: Focus: Delts/shoulders - Learn the best mobility exercises to improve shoulder range of motion as well as exercises to strengthen shoulders without compromising joint integrity.

January 26th/6:00pm: Focus: The Squat - Squat technique and tricks to improve your squat ability will be addressed. Various forms of the squat will also be taught.
