Our year may look different than most. Development is a priority and game, game, game, game doesn't equal development.

We bring a holistic approach to help our athletes develop as athletes and people. Defined no throwing and conditioning/training only periods. A progressive flow through the year where one portion of the year builds into the next. It's not a sell out to win every weekend tournament.

Fundraising

Let’s talk about fundraising… Top Dog Athletics (our established 501(c)3 Non-Profit) organizes fundraisers for Top Dog Athletes throughout the year.

With Top Dog Athletics organizing and supporting the structure and ex*****on of every fundraiser it gives EVERY Top Dog Athlete the opportunity to fundraise, instead of it being done on a team-by-team basis. All fundraisers benefit the athlete and their family in efforts to pay off their balance for the year.

Business Donations: Whichever player brings in the donation, those funds get credited to that player’s account (unless otherwise specified by the donor).

Item Sale Fundraisers (ex: Rocky Mountain Chocolate): A % is set to pay for the items, and the remaining amount goes directly to the player account for their financial obligation for the year. The % split is determined by the company, it is NOT determined by Top Dog Athletics.

Raffles: Top Dog Athletics puts on 2 Raffle fundraisers every year. 75% goes directly to the player account for their financial obligation for the year. 25% goes to cover the expenses of the fundraiser. If ticket sales hit a point where we can select MULTIPLE winners, we select MULTIPLE winners.

Top Dog Athletics does not generate funds through fundraisers that are set to help families on our rosters. Every Top Dog Athlete has the same opportunity to participate in the same fundraisers, no matter which team they are on. There is no profit for the organization.

The budget we set is the budget we stick to. That is the budget we are fundraising for. There is no extra in the fundraising for Top Dog Athletics.

Fundraising is not collective. Fundraising benefits the individuals that put in the work to use those means to cover their financial obligation for that year.

Other organizations or teams may have a different way of going about fundraising. That’s for them. This is what we have found to be most fair to all and most beneficial to those who put in the effort to get their financial obligation covered through fundraisers.

🎓 Master's Degrees in Education
🎓Current or Former Teachers
🎓Experience with IEPs and 504s
🏫 Experience with NCAA Academic Eligibility Requirements

Top Dog Athletes also have the opportunity to do Study Hall/Homework sessions throughout the year at Top Dog Performance Center
