Ohio's unofficial state flower has bloomed outside of our place! The orange barrels are up around us and with that, we wanted to share an easier way to get to us from east of the bypass exit.

Anyone coming from the east should hit County Road 213 (Dewy Road), then turn right on Finefrock Road, after that take a right onto County Road 198, and finally take a right and you're at our place!

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we wait for things to come full circle (pun intended!) and construction is completed. We can't wait to see everyone throughout the summer!

We're getting ready for our 5th annual Prize-A-Palooza tonight! Doors open at 6pm, bowling starts at 6:30pm.

What is Prize-A-Palooza? It's our way to say thank you to all of our league bowlers this season. If you had at least 30 games in a league and are in good standing you get raffle tickets, free bowling, $6 buffet, dirink specials, and you can bring a friend!

What a finish to both House Championship division today! In the 185-204 division, Nathan Skeels qualified 5th seed with 879, Andrew Clark was 4th seed with 892, 3rd seed was Matt Golden with 903, Chris Meyer qualified 2nd with 932, and Justin Taylor led the field with 946. The first round of the step ladder saw Nathan strike out in the 10th to beat Andrew 265 - 261. In the next round, the action ramped up! Matt Golden squeaked out the win 280-271. Matt won the next round after a missed spare in the 10th by Chris, 202 - 193. Matt ran into a buzz saw in the finals as Justin threw the front 9 to win 298 - 209. Congratulations on winning your division Justin Taylor!!!

The 205+ division would not be shown up! For the first time, all 5 qualifiers had zero handicap. Qualifying 5th was Tim Covey with 892. Keith Kramer shot a 906 for the 4th seed. Shawn Fitch Jr tossed a 919 for 3rd seed. Steve Burton grabbed the 2nd seed with 931. Matt Reed took the top spot with 954. Out of the 8 games (96 frames) rolled in this step ladder, there were 24 frames that were not a strike. In the first round, Tim came out throwing a beautiful ball and beat Keith 300-267. Tim followed that up with a solid win against Shawn 279 - 258. After throwing 23 of 24 strikes in the first two rounds, an untimely 7-10 split in the 10th frame ended Tim's run vs Steve 232-208. Steve came out strong in the finals against Matt throwing the front 8 strikes to win the division 266-199. Congratulations on the win Steve Burton!!

The 185-204 and 205+ tournament tomorrow only have a total of 13 spots left! If you're planning on bowling, make sure you get signed up today. If it doesn't fill today, walk ins are available until those spots are filled.

We kicked off the House Championship Tournament today with the 150 - 184 along with the 149 & Below divisions and crowned two new House Champions!

In the 150 - 184 division, the top 5 seeds with handicap were; Bobby Clark (988), Shawn Fitch Sr (936), Jimmy Sturgill (921), Tom Mulligan (899), and Joe Crouch (855). Joe won the first match of the step ladder 217-208. In the second round, Jimmy came out smashing the pins for a 293 vs Joe's 198. Jimmy had a close match with Shawn, but ultimately fell 265-249. In the finals, top seed Bobby Clark pulled off the win in a match that came down to the 10th frame, 193-188. Congratulations to Bobby on his win!!!

In the 149 & Below division, the top 5 seeds with handicap were; Jean Benner (884), Raquel Molina (871), Mckayla Shulaw (859), Marilyn Binsack (857), and April Distel (857). In the step ladder, Marilyn defeated April 211 - 189. In the next round, Mckayla beat Marilyn 199 - 170. After that, Mckayla lost to second seed Raquel in a close match, 179 - 174. In the final match, Raquel held the lead most of the game, but Jean pulled off the win 203 - 201. Congratulations Jean Benner on your win!!

Next Sunday the 185- 204 and 205+ divisions battle it out! If you're looking to bowl, make sure to get signed up early!

Between the 150 - 184 and the 149 & below divisions, we only have 4 spots left for the House Championship Tournament on Sunday! If you're planning on bowling, make sure to sign up ahead of time as there may not be walk in spots!
