🌞 Various classes throughout the week, typically Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays consisting of a combination of morning and evening classes

🌞 Reformer Pilates & Mat Pilates Strengthening

🌞 Mobility classes, which is similar to yoga, but more joint focused movement

🌞 Classes for all ages and skill levels

🌞 PRIVATE SESSIONS available upon request for both Pilates and Mobility

✨ In fact, we had one Pilates & Strengthening private session this morning for a group of six for Julia and her group 👇! Huge shout out to them, it was a pleasure meeting you all today and having you join for your private group session, we hope you enjoyed it as much as us!

✨ And then huge shout out for our group of nine coming tomorrow for a private Mobility session, we hope that it is just what you need to start your day to get into the flow of things!
