Every year on Memorial Day weekend, we choose a Hero Wod to remember those who made the sacrifice to serve and protect.
This year we chose the Murph DT hybrid Wod.
These workouts are not designed to be easy. They are meant to challenge you physically and mentally. This one is no different.
Having the right person or group to get you through these workouts is a must as they are mentally taxing workouts. Need the right people to push you through it.
Jason and I are just crazy 😜 enough to get through the grind of these workouts. 💪
Grab a partner and challenge yourself to be a little bit better today.
I added a picture of how we broke down the workout to complete.
1 mile run- both people run
300 Deadlift- split with partner
200 Hang Clean-split with partner
100 Push Press-split with partner
1 mile run- both people run
Add extra sauce with a weighted vest
Took us about 55 minutes to complete, so under 1 hour is a good goal.
