This class uses fun, high energy drills and games that naturally encourage your child to practice:
Active listening skills - following directions the first time
Paying attention - developing focus and awareness
Showing kindness and respect to coaches and other students
Our classes also lay the foundations for essential early physical development, building strength, improving coordination and developing balance through the natural play and movement of Jiu-jitsu.
