ed and designed around individual goals allowing for focused attention and allow for faster progress. All lessons are taught at our new indoor swim facility near the Frederick Airport. Our pool is warm, 25 yd and private change rooms. We offer private swim lessons, baby and me group classes, pre swim team, adult workout groups and more!

Our 2 summer swim instructors from last year are back!

Emily R is back for a limited time before heading off to grad school and currently has openings:
