🚨 HUGE SUPPRESSOR NEWS — BUT WHAT DOES IT MEAN FOR US HERE IN WISCONSIN? 🚨

There have been some BIG developments surrounding suppressors and the National Fi****ms Act this August.

On August 5, a federal court issued a major ruling challenging the federal NFA registration requirements after the federal tax on suppressors was reduced to $0.

And this isn’t just theoretical anymore — suppressors have now been transferred in certain states without the traditional Form 4/NFA registration process.

So does that mean you can walk into Shotgun Willy’s in Wisconsin and walk out with a suppressor today?

Not quite yet.

Wisconsin has its own state-law language tied to federal/NFA compliance, meaning Wisconsin buyers still have another legal hurdle before suppressors can potentially be treated like an ordinary firearm purchase here.

But this is a HUGE development, and we’re watching closely to see what happens next in Wisconsin.

If Wisconsin law catches up with the federal court ruling, the suppressor-buying process could look VERY different from what shooters have been used to.
