Impossible Mile ✅ New summer tradition ✍🏼

Doing fun challenges like this together is one of our favorite things. We had athletes finish it completely to standard. We had athletes do half. We had athletes do full and half with modifications. We had athletes complete it as a partner workout. The point is we did it in ways that worked for each and every one of our individual abilities.
