Join us Monday, May 25th at 9:00 AM for Murph at Grind Fitness! 💪🇺🇸

This event is FREE and open to the public — members, friends, family, experienced athletes, first timers, spectators, kids… everyone is welcome.

Murph can be completed as written or scaled to any fitness level. Whether you’re tackling the full workout, modifying, cheering people on, or just coming for the community, we’d love to have you there.

Youth Drop-In Strength Training is HERE this summer 💪🏻

Starting June 23rd, we’ll be offering drop-in strength sessions every Tuesday & Wednesday morning at Grind Fitness.

This is perfect for athletes (12+) looking to stay consistent, build strength, and improve performance during the off-season.

Details:
• $15 per session
• Ages 12+
• Weekly sign-up required (link below)
• Minimum of 6 athletes needed to run (max 20/session)
• Parents notified 12–24 hours in advance if session is confirmed
• Intake + waiver must be completed before participation

Manion WOD 2026 at Grind Fitness to honor Marine First Lieutenant Travis Manion.

On April 29, 2007, in Fallujah, Iraq, Travis was leading his Marines on a mission where they were
ambushed. Travis made a split-second decision; he exposed himself to enemy fire, drawing it
away from his wounded teammates. Ultimately, this sacrifice cost Travis his life, but that was
the price he paid for every other member of his platoon to come home.

Functional fitness and feeling like you’re aging in reverse!

Not only does functional fitness help you safely navigate your daily tasks, it can help you feel younger.

Functional fitness directly counteracts age-related declines in muscle mass, balance, and flexibility. Movements like squatting, lifting, and reaching prepare not just our muscles but also our joints to help strengthen our body as a whole for real-life and the aging process.

Functional fitness is key for helping with:
Maintaining Independence as we age
Reducing the risk of falling
Reducing the severity of fall-related injury
Combating sarcopenia (loss of muscle mass)
Improving mobility and joint health
Improving quality of life

Getting older doesn’t have to mean feeling older. Consistently working on movements and lifts will save so much stress on your body and help keep you safe as you tack on the birthdays.

Grind Fitness has a staff of friendly, helpful coaches to guide you through each workout and provide you scaled options for every movement to meet you where you’re at with your ability level. Our current membership ranges in age from 14 to 68. Everyone is welcome. Everyone is working on themselves. Everyone is playing the long-game. We’d love to have you Grinding with us!
