Summer workouts will now end on Wednesday, June 24th due to the campus being closed June 25th through the first week in July.

VOLLEYBALL will no longer have workouts until July due to everyone's schedule conflicts. So no volleyball today or this week due to schedule conflicts. We will resume in July.

SUMMER WORKOUTS ARE HERE!

Open to ALL scholar-athletes enrolled at IDEA Rise for the 2026-2027 school year! 5th - 12th Grade

Monday – Thursday
Friday's are recovery days.

This isn't just a workout program, it's an opportunity to get stronger, compete, build confidence, and prepare for a championship year.

CONGRATULATIONS again to our MS Boys basketball team who accomplished their goal of making into the playoffs again. This year was HUGE for us as our boys made it to the Area Champ playoff game. Here they got their rings from our awesome coach, Coach M. Jones.

This was our end of year fun day for all our athletes and we can't wait to kick off our new season.
